Situated in Wedmore, Somerset in a converted coach house, we provide long-term and short-term counselling to adults and young people with the aim of providing a warm, and confidential environment in which you can feel safe, understood and explore the things that feel important to you. 

Qualified and experienced in psychotherapeutic counselling or Integrative Therapy as it is often referred, we tailor our work to suit your needs as an individual and though our methods might differ from client to client, our primary aim remains constant. 

We would always seek to build a strong and supportive working relationship in which you can trust and through which you can gain insight and make discoveries, challenge long held assumptions, and make positive changes in your life, feeling better about yourself and improving your state of mind in the process.
